The Minneapolis Convention.
The delegates to the National Convention of the American Waterworks Association will be well entertained when they meet in Minneapolis from August 21 to 25. The committee chosen for the purpose met in the waterworks office of the city hall the other day and arranged the programme of the entertainment. The members of the committee are: Aid. J. E. Kiichli, Col. John T. West, William de la Barre, Titus Mareck, E. M. Johnson, Hon. D. M. Clough, G. G. Boshart, Dr. Cyrus Northrup, W. H. Forbes, Lars M. Rand, Theo. L. Hays, W. E. Sterling, J. E. Conklin.
The programme, as agreed upon by this committee, will be as follows. On Tuesday, Aug. 21st, meetings of the convention will be held in the morning, afternoon and evening, adjourning at 9:30 o’clock for a reception to be tendered the visiting delegates at the West Hotel.
