Taplin Heads Oklahoma School
J. E. Taplin, Chief of Fire Department, Blackwell, Okla., has been named Permanent Director of the Oklahoma Firemen’s Training School, and he has devoted considerable time in preparing study material.
The State Board of Education, through its Department of Trade and Industrial Education, agreed to publish the course of instruction in pamphlet form and in sufficient number to supply firemen who have enrolled from the thirty cities.
