Behrens, Jr., mayor of Bridgeport who has a summer home at Stepney. Mayor Behrens can be seen at the left. Next to him is Stepney’s live wire chief, Charles G. Keller. Assistant Chief S. P. Joyce is in the driver’s seat. Mayor Behrens is a member of the Stepney Volunteer Company and is intensely interested in the doings of the department.
