At Cedar Rapids, Ia ,the city council has ordered bids to be advertised for the construction of a sanitary sewer. J.D.Blain is recorder.
At South Orange, N. J., it is expected that the joint sewerage plan will be carried out and pushed as rapidly as possible. It will be necessary for the people of West Orange, South Orange, and Millburn to take a vote on the question before the municipalities can proceed.
