As was expected, the Bronx valley trunk sewer bill was sent back to Albany, without the approval of the Mount Vernon common council or the mayor of that city. The mayor of New York has also disapproved it. The bill is therefore killed.
Sea Cliff (L. I.), N. Y., has been authorized by the State board of health to construct its proposed sewer system with sewage disposal works.
