Secretary Passaic Water Company Dies

Albert Palmer Fisher, who has been identified with the Passaic. N. J., Water Company, for over forty years, and was its secretary at the time of his death, passed away at the home of his son in Paterson. N. J„ on November 4. Mr. Fisher was also affiliated in administrative capacities, such as secretary and director in the East Jersey Water Company, the General Securities Company, which is the holding company of the East Jersey; the Society for the Establishment of Useful Manufacturers, the Acquackanonck Water Company, the Montclair Water Company, the Kearny Water Company and the Dundee Water, Power and Land Company.

His first employment was that of an office boy in a New York bank. Mr. Fisher’s career in public utilities started with the association in 1883, with John R. Bartlett, of Wall Street, organizer of the Nicaragua Canal and Newark water works.
