Chief Bennett, of Birmingham, Ala.—Owing to the immense amount of work incident to the getting up of the detailed report required under this head, and the fact that the secretary has been so busy registering the members he has as yet been unable to get same completed, we are only able to give you the totals at this time. Our report, which we now submit, is almost identical with that submitted by the secretary, but a report will be furnished in detail after the secretary has had more time to complete his work.
