Install fire alarm headquarters in a fireproof building with suitable locations for battery, switchboard and apparatus. Convert the fire alarm system into that of manual operation and add the necessary apparatus to bring the equipment up to a reliable standard. Discontinue the use of fire alarm wires by the American District Telegraph Company. Provide a joker circuit from fire alarm headquarters to each fire station to which connect relay tapper and all house auxiliaries, and register in each house to be installed upon a box circuit.
