Raffo Made Assistant Chief, Richmond
Jack F. Raffo, Battalion Chief of the Fire Department at Richmond, Ya., has been appointed as Assistant Chief and Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
He was born October 17, 1866 in Richmond, and has been a member of the department since 1886.
