John C. Olmsted, son of Frederick Law Olmsted, who designed the public parks of Rochester, has been engaged by that city to advise the park commissioners and city engineer as to the exterior design of the outlet well of the Highland nark reservoir and of the new gatehouse that is about to be erected by the city.
Carl Huebner, of the Home Building and Loan company, of Toledo, Ohio, has been appointed secrctary of that city’s waterworks board.
