—At a meeting held July 2 the Boston Board of Aldermen finally authorized the issue of “ Suffolk county court house bonds,” bearing interest at three and a half per cent, to the amount of $800,000.
—The Austin Bluff Land and Water Company, capital $250,000, has been incorporated at Colorado Springs, Col., by F. L. Martin and others, to lay out a town, build water-works, etc.
