Many Citizens Willing to Help and Only Need Direction - Could Be of Creat Assistance to Fire Department Head
THERE are men in every city who are public spirited and are anxious to see their municipality excel in every respect. One of the principal ways to improve the city is to make it fire safe. That these men are ready to help in this respect goes without saying, but they need a leader to direct their efforts. This leader is logically the fire chief of the city or town. In the following article, Mr. Wentworth suggests a method by which the fire chief can utilize and direct the efforts of these men toward Fire Prevention, and at the same time enlist their co-operation to the advantage of the fire department :
