An off-duty volunteer firefighter was killed while assisting motorists at an accident scene in Richmond Township, Ohio.
Charolette R. Adair, 45, a volunteer at the Richfield Center Fire Department, was on her way to work Friday morning when she stopped to assist motorists that were involved in an one-car crash. While directing traffic she was truck by another motorist. She was transported to a local medical facility where she succumbed to her injuries.
The crash is under investigation, according to a news report from WTOL (CLICK HERE).
