November Fire Losses
Estimated fire losses in the United States during November amounted to $75,321,000, the National Board of Fire Underwriters has reported.
According to Lewis A. Vincent, NBFU’s general manager, this $75,321,000 loss represents a decrease of 6.4 per cent from losses of $80,481,000 reported for November 1956, and a decrease of 3.1 per cent from losses of $77,753,000 for October 1957.
