Leisen, general superintendent water department, Detroit, Mich.; treasurer, James M. Caird, consulting chemist, Troy, N. Y.; trustees, F. W. Cappelen, city engineer, Minneapolis, and M. L. Worrell, general manager of water department, Meridian, Miss.
