New Conservation Association
The Conservation and Fire Prevention Association of New York State was recently organized in the city of Syracuse, at a conference of special agents, inspectors and engineers, called by T. Alfred Fleming, supervisor for the National Board of Fire Underwriters. The purpose of the movement is to conduct a campaign to lower the cost of living by educating the public to avoid waste and to prevent fires by care in regard to risks.
