March Fire Losses
Fires destroyed an estimated $71,507,-000 in American property during March, it was announced by Lewis A. Vincent, general manager of the National Board of Fire Underwriters.
This is an increase of 3.4 per cent over losses of $69,136,000 recorded for February and is 1.3 per cent less than losses of $72,468,000 for March of last year.
