Four residents of Davis City, Ia., who object to the location selected for the standpipe for water works in that city have started suit to enjoin. The City Council has decided to fight the suit.
The Reynoldville, Pa., Water Company will, it is announced, appeal to the Superior Court from a court decision commanding the company to turn its books over to the borough so that the latter can place a valuation on the water plant.
