Use of Secret Code Word by Chiefs Discussed by Westchester, N. Y., Fire Chiefs' Plan at Its Regular Meeting
STAMFORD Conn., was host to the Fire Chiefs’ Emergency Plan of Westchester County, N. Y., at the regular meeting of the Plan on Wednesday, March 16, on invitation of Chief Victor H. Veit. The meeting, which was held at the Central Station, Stamford, was opened by President D. Wiley Travis, with about eighty Westchester County and Connecticut Chiefs and other Fire Department officers present.
