Arrangements have been made with the Pennsylvania Railroad for delegates to the convention of the American Water Works Association at one and one-third rate for the round trip. The train will leave New York on the 24th May at 2 p. m., stopping at Newark, Trenton, Philadelphia, Harris burg, Altoona, Pittsburg, Columbus, Piqua, Bradford Junction, and Richmond.
