Ocala (FL) Fire Rescueproudly announces the promotion of Michael Alsup to the position of assistantchief. Michael Alsup has been employed with the fire department since April 1989. His new duties will include overseeing the fire prevention andtrainingdivisions.
“I am excited and honored to have this opportunity to serve the department and the city of Ocala in this position,” statedChiefAlsup during a ceremony at fire station #1 on March 26.
