THOUSANDS of residents and visitors of San Francisco, Cal., were spectators of the spectacular fire which destroyed the California Building at the Golden Gate Exposition on Treasure Island on the morning of August 24. The San Francisco building and millions of dollars worth of other buildings and property on the exposition grounds were endangered by this fire.
