A RECORD-BREAKING attendance of 150 fire service personnel attended the annual Fire Prevention Seminar, July 12 through 15, sponsored by University of California Extension, Davis, in cooperation with the Bureau of Industrial Education of the California State Department of Education.
The major portion of the opening session was a two-part address by Donald M. O’Brien of New York City, executive director of the International Association of Fire Chiefs and former editor of FIRE ENGINEERING.
