FIRE PREVENTION
The Commissioner of Public Safety, of Amsterdam, N. Y., recommends paid captains for companies because the National Board of Fire Underwriters recommends them appointed. The City Council think otherwise.
The National Association of Credit Men at their meeting in Rochester, N. Y., June 25, and the National Association of Building Owners and Managers at their meeting in Duluth, Minn., July 13, will consider fire prevention matters and listen to addresses on the subject.
