Fire Fighters Join Crusade for Traffic Safety
“Wastage of human and material resources of the nation through accidents must be prevented,” the President of the United States proclaimed recently.
In San Diego, California, firemen answered the President’s challenge and called their Citizens' Traffic Council and asked what they could do to assist. Traffic safety, they were told, could be accomplished by the creation in each citizen’s heart of the “will to have safety,” and they immediately set about creating this will by word of mouth and deed!
