Filtration Plants in Quebec Province

Following is a list of municipalities in the province of Quebec that have municipal filtration plants: Acton Vale, Aylmer, Berthier, Dorval Iverville, Lauzon. Laval des Rapides, Laval sur le Lac, Levis, Longueuil, McMasterville, Montreal, Pointe Claire, St. Anne de Bellevue, St. Hyacinthe, St. John, St. Rose, St. Vincent de Paul. Shawinigan Falls. Temiscamingue, and Verdun.

In Montreal there are two filtration plants, the municipal plant and the plant owned by the Montreal Water & Power Co. The latter supplies water to Outremont, Wcstmount, and part of the city of Montreal. The municipal plant supplies water to Montreal East. Montreal North, Montreal West, Mount-Royal, Pointe aux Trembles. St. Laurent, St. Leonard, Port Maurice, St. Michel and St. Pierre.
