Electronic Aids Are New Switch For Instructors
If electronic teaching aids now available are adopted by the fire service, firemen listening to lectures will press button switches instead of raising their hands to get an instructor’s attention.
By pressing one button, a fireman can indicate understanding of the subject through signals indicated on a portable console beside the lecturer. The listener can press other buttons to indicate he is not fully grasping the subject, that he has some questions, or that he is completely lost.
