Converted Barn Sanatorium Fire Claims Two Lives
The early morning of November 6th saw two more victims added to the alltoo-long list of convalescent home fire fatalities.
The scene was the Bellows Farm Sanatorium in Acton, Mass. (pop. 4500). This establishment, operated by a former professional wrestler and his wife, a registered nurse, specialized in the care of ambulatory patients suffering nervous disorders or alcoholism.
