The thirty-third annual convention of the American Water Works Association was held at Minneapolis. Minn., June 23d to 27th, 1913. The convention, both in attendance and interest, fully equaled the expectations that had been entertained. There was a large and representative attendance, and business under the careful steering of President Gwinn was transacted with promptness and despatch. The local arrangements at Minneapolis were in first-class hands and no detail that could add to the comfort, convenience, or pleasure of the members was left unattended to.
