The acquisition of the business and assets of Safety Development Corp. of Greensburg, Pa., has been announced by Walter Kidde & Company, Inc. This acquisition adds high-expansion foam to Kidde’s line of safety equipment.
PEM-ALL Manufacturing Co., Division of PEM Machine Tool Co., Cranford, N. J., recently acquired the assets of the Valiant Fire Protection Corporation. The company plans the manufacture of dry chemical fire extinguishers, as well as brackets, nozzles and all other standard accessories.
