Chief Espey, Elmira, Dead
Three days after he observed his fiftieth anniversary in the Fire Department, Chief John H. Espey, veteran Chief of Elmira, N. Y., passed on at the age of seventy-four. He had been ill for the past eight months of heart and kidney complications.
