A fire prevention bureau with an officer devoting bis ful time to the work, was started by the Charlotte Fire Depart nient.
Captain H. C. Kissiah is in charge of the inspection wort Detailed with Captain Kissiah will be firemen from each c the city’s six stations, who will assist in making the inspetions. These will be detailed to located explosives, illegal stored, combustion materials, rubbish, improper electric wi ing and other fire hazards.
