WILLIAM G. RICHADS
Connected himself with the Atlanta water department in 1875, and has been superintendent eighteen years. His ability as manager of a water works system has given him a national reputation. He is at present vice-president of the American Water Works association, and together with City Engineer Clayton, [designed and constructed Atlanta’s magnificent new water works—a credit to any city of similar size.
