THEY DO THINGS in a big way up in Seattle: The Seattle Fire Buff Society, Inc., is one of the newest organizations of its kind in the United States, yet it is stepping out and announces no less auspicious an event as, “The First Annual International Grand Concourse of Antique Fire Apparatus and Firemen’s Muster.” And, as if that was not enough, their concourse and muster will be competing with the International Fire Buff Association, Inc., annual convention, July 8—10, in Baltimore, Md.
