Bell Is 35th City to Accept L.A. County F.D. Protection
Bell, Calif., has turned its fire protection over to the Los Angeles County Fire Department to reduce costs and improve service.
Bell became the 35th city last October 1 to be served by the L.A. County Fire Department. Within the last two years, adjacent Maywood and Huntington Park turned their fire services over to the county.
