River Rouge (MI)firefightersresponded recently to a rekindle of an earlier house fire.
With a crew of just two working that day and auto aid from the city of Ecorse with only two firefighters (due to budget cuts), the city of Dearborn was called for mutual aid.
This is the first time Dearborn has provided aid to River Rouge. River Rouge Engine 251; Ecorse Engine 1; Dearborn Engine 5, Ladder 4, Rescue 5, and a battalion chief responded to thisincident.
