An 18-year-old riding a bicycle crashed into a Winter Park (FL) fire truck, killing the teenager, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
A preliminary investigation cited by the Orlando FOX affiliate (CLICK HERE) says the apparatus driver had turned on his blinker to signal a right turn at an intersection. The bicyclist was reportedly on the right side of the truck. As the apparatus made the turn, the cyclist lost control of the bike, slipping under the right, rear portion of the apparatus.
