A fire broke out after an explosion at an oil refinery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The HollyFrontier Refinery has its own fire department, which was battling the overnight fire, according to a report from NBC News (http://nbcnews.to/RgPQE6). Local authorities were on standby in case they were needed.
A KJRH video report indicated that the fire was mostly under control early morning Thursday.
