LOS ANGELES (CA) – Los Angeles (CA) Fire Department firefighters rescued two people and two dogs from an island of shrubbery in the middle of the rain-swollen Los Angeles River near Cypress Park.
救援rs were sent at 9:10 a.m. to the river near the 1500 block of Elm Street, Los Angeles police Officer Rosario Herrera said.
The rescue was accomplished in about an hour, and no injuries were reported.
