Two Los Angeles (CA) city firefighters were hospitalized with serious injuries when their rescue ambulance collided with a trash truck yesterday.
A man on the trash truck was also injured in the midafternoon crash, according to a report from theLos Angeles Times (http://lat.ms/IAoLcp).
The ambulance was reportedly responding lights and sirens to a call when the crash occurred, although no details were available as to the nature of the collision or the emergency the firefighters were responding to.
