A 58-year-old fire captain from California died Saturday after an emergency response.
The U.S. Fire Administration reported that, several hours after responding to a motor vehicle accident, Jackson (CA) Fire Department Captain Franck W. Tremaine passed away at home in his sleep from a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be reported.
He had 40 years of service.
