The fitness exercise of the day is the simple and basicpush-up. Any Google search or review of an exercise manual will show many variations of this core exercise. Review the proper methods for completing them and work within your personal exercise plan to complete a good round of three sets of push-ups! Remember to engage your core muscles when doing each one!
