General Motors Service Technical College (GM STC) is responsible for developing training for technicians and first responder information for advanced vehicle technologies
For GM vehicles, GMSTC wants to ensure their first responder information is exactly what a first responder needs when responding to vehicle accidents with advanced technology vehicles (including intermediate and high voltage hybrid vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles).
GM STC has a series of questions for a representative group of first responder. They seek information from large and small fire departments, fully staffed departments and departments that include volunteers.
