Stedfast and Narcote Announce Joint Venture

Stedfast Inc.and Narcote, LLC announce a strategic joint venture between the two companies. This joint venture will make Stedfast USA (Narcote, LLC) the leading coater and laminator of technical textiles worldwide.

Stedfast USAwill relocate its operations from Ivyland, Pennsylvania, to Narcote’s facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. With over 55,000 square feet, it is equipped with state-of-the-art lamination and coating lines. In addition to moving to Tennessee, we are also investing in new coating and finishing equipment as well as building an all-inclusive testing facility.

This joint venture will allow the two companies to provide customers with the most advanced coatings and laminating technology. The synergy that exists between the two companies makes this joint venture a natural fit.

Cary Green, the principal owner of Narcote, will become President of the joint venture. Cary brings over 25 years of business and operating experience to the partnership.

Jack Kay will continue as President and CEO ofStedfast Inc. Jack is supported by a very strong management team in Granby at the Stedfast headquarters.
