To aid leaders in every community in the United States to plan their Fire Prevention Week observances as well as year-around fire prevention campaigns, the National Board of Fire Underwriters has just published a new brochure, entitled “Whose Responsibility?"
The brochure, which includes a fullsize reproduction of the Fire Prevention Week poster, is intended to serve as a guide to help state and municipal officials, members of insurance organizations, civic clubs and other key groups implement the recommendations of President Truman's Conference on Fire Prevention.
