WELLS
At Moultrie, Ga., the artesian well has reached a depth of 506 feet. The water contains valuable medicinal properties, and abounds in sulphur. The supply is apparenaly inexhaustible.
Wells are being sunk on the Fort Hill farm, a short distance south of Savannah, N. Y., for the purpose of testing the supply of water obtainable in case the village concludes to build a water system.
The proposed new water system of Ilyattsville, D. C., will be supplied from artesian wells.
Wells to supply 200,000 gallons daily arc to be sunk at Brookhaven, Miss.
Beeviile, Tex., may drill artesian wells for its water supply.
