Hightstown Sells Water Bonds—Hightstown, Pa., recently sold to Graham Parsons Company, of New York and Philadelphia, $88,500 worth of water bonds. The bonds are issued in the denomination of $500 each, dated May 1, with interest at the rate of per cent, per annum.
