WATER SUPPLY
The suburban towns of Carroll, Irvington, and Rosedale will probably take their water supply from Baltimore, Md., from whose mains pipes will be laid.
San Louis Potosi, Mex., will construct, under Colonel C. H. McLure's direction, a dam 217 feet above the city with a capacity of 3,000,000 gallons. Six other dams will likewise be built in various parts of the valley of the San Louis Potosi valley.
