WATER RATES
A petition asking for a reduced rate on city water for large consumers is being circulated in Lincoln, Neb. At present there is a flat rate of 15 cents per thousands gallons.
Upon the suggestion of Mayor Davey the city council of Kent., O., passed an ordinance establishing reduced rates for water. The matter now goes before the Public Utilities Commission.
