OWING to the extension of business, the proprietor of FIRE AND WATER and CONTRACT NEWS has found it necessary to form a partnership with Mr. George W. Burnham, who will hereafter be associated with F. W. Shepperd, in publishing these journals. Mr. Burnham is thoroughly experienced in the business, and, therefore, our readers may expect better results from the assistance which he will render in the production of our publications. The title of the new firm will be Shepperd & Burnham—which we shall thank our patrons to use in the future.
